SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE DIRECTORATE FOR RAILWAYS IN THE FIELD OF PASSENGER RIGHTS:
Passengers who believe that they have been denied the right established by the Law on Railways ("Official Gazette of the RS", no. 41/18) can file a complaint with the Directorate of Railways.
After considering the complaint, the Directorate can determine the measures to eliminate the detected violation and the deadline for implementing those measures.
Passengers can submit a signed complaint: by mail, directly at the office of the Directorate or by e-mail (scanned).
